Information about the payment methods

Payment by bank transfer
In the e-mail you will receive to confirm your order, you will find the total amount of your order and our account number. Once the total amount has been credited to our account, your goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible. For payments by bank transfer, it usually takes 1-3 working days for the payment to reach our account. Please note that payments made at the weekend are not processed by the banks until the next working day (Monday) and can therefore take longer.

To enable us to allocate and book your payment quickly, please include the following information with your transfer: order number and customer name
For transfers from abroad, we ask for your understanding that any bank charges incurred for a transfer order must be paid in full by you. If the amount received on our bank account differs by a bank fee, we reserve the right to deliver until full payment of the order value.

Payment via PayPal
You can also pay for your purchase at MySenso via PayPal, the online payment service for simple and fast payment transactions. Particularly advantageous: you do not have to be a registered PayPal customer to use this payment method - simply log in to PayPal during the payment process. You can link your PayPal account to your bank account or credit card so that your sensitive bank details are only stored with PayPal and do not have to be sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase.

Payment by credit card
Pay by credit card: Once your order has been verified, you will be redirected to the secure page of our payment service provider where you can make the payment with your credit card.
